  • Dr. Susan Bloss

    B.S., D.V.M.

Dr. Susan Bloss, along with her husband, Greg, are the owners of Cheyenne Mountain Animal Hospital.  Greg's attention to the business management of the practice allows Dr. Bloss to do what she does best...caring for your pet.
Dr. Bloss is a graduate of Oklahoma State University School of Veterinary Medicine.  She is a member of many veterinary groups, including the local, State, and  National Veterinary Associations.  Due to her special interests, she is a member of the American Association of Veterinary Dermatologists and the American Association of Feline Practitioners.  In addition, she attends many continuing education seminars to keep current with the latest in diagnostics and treatments.
The critters who complete the Bloss household join together to make one big happy family. Mittens, a pearl gray cat who deals with her head trauma handicap with a happy outlook---her favorite activity is to find her "spot in the sun" (through the window as she can't be allowed outside).  Then Leia, the full of energy golden retriever who just needed a home, lots of love and exercise, and plenty of friends to play with.  Completing the family is Pete, the Great Pyrenees. Adopted from neighbors moving to Brazil, the big loveable guy fits right in. Each with their own history of abuse, neglect, or need, they have all found their purrfect home.
